I've had a lot of closed comedones for a number of years, mainly on my forehead and cheeks. So I gave this product a try after reading a Reddit article about how it is a "miracle cure" for closed comedones. I used to use retinoids that my dermatologist prescribed and they kept my closed comedones in check but never got rid of them. So I started using this product every other day and I started getting breakouts and itching in places I have NEVER had breakouts before. Not only that, it didn't do anything to my closed comedones, they didn't jump on my head or move. However, I felt like I had more closed comedones after using this product. I have been using this product for a good 2 months and have noticed NO DIFFERENCE. I even reduced the use of this product to once every 3 days to see if that would help but nothing. I have now dropped this product and gone back to my retinoid. I'm still looking for a cure for these closed comedones.
