Missing parts on both orders
I ordered these for my 3 outdoor cameras. The first box I received was missing some parts (12 screws and 3 rubber bumpers) so I sent it back and ordered a replacement. It arrived today and this box is missing the same parts. I could understand someone not adding a bag of parts (or whatever) to one, but for both to come without parts is unacceptable. The manufacturer must provide a certain quality assurance.
