Update: There are 3 main issues with this product that I can consider for a return: 1. The motor is too loud to use for live vaping (see watch the video I uploaded ) ).2. The battery will discharge when connected to an AC charger when the charger is not connected to a wall outlet. I have noticed that the green LED on the power supply is on and the batteries are dead. This is an unacceptable design flaw in the charging circuit that has never been heard of.3. Slight jerking, not quite smooth. It can vibrate with more noise at a lower speed (60%). It's fine for live streaming, but I can't see myself using it for serious video production. --- Original review: Pros: - Setup is simple and straightforward. - Heavy, high-quality material - Long battery life with remote control. Cons: - Noisy, wish it was quieter! - The iOS app UI is ugly and definitely needs an overhaul. For example, I can't remove a previously specified point. Restarting the application deletes the "points". Settings do not remember at all! Very disappointing as it takes time to set up repetitive recordings. There are many mounting screw holes on the bottom, but none of them fit my tripod. I end up using it on a large table. Could this be too long to be used safely with a tripod? Or did I miss something?
