I already wired the remote start but didn't want to cut the wiring in the new truck. The OEM remote start kit costs $250 and is easy to install. The problem is that the dealer charges $100 for key programming. In any case, let's get to the Start-X system. 2020 Ram 1500 Classic Warlock How great that was! Two connectors from the side of the car, and the rest of the T-harness ends with a module. Programming was a breeze. Almost impossible to screw up. Once installed and programmed upon activation, it just turned on my alarm. I figured it was a setting that could be changed, but didn't really explore the menu once it was connected to the computer. I emailed Start-X tech support on Sunday and received a response within minutes. I recommend it to anyone who doubts the system! Saved me 300€ and works perfectly. Such a luxury here in AZ.
