Physical installation was easy but they could really make it easier if they had a picture of how all the components connect to the module. Also, the video they provide is only half the process and hardly looks like a shot of my RAM 1500. Using internet explorer was a problem as I never use it again and doubt many people do. Since Microsoft has released the Edge browser and IE will no longer be supported by Microsoft as of January 1st, 2020.

This is for my 2019 Ram 1500 Classic. Installation was very easy. It really was plug and play. No splicing at all. I connected the T-harness and connected the CAN connector to the green CAN connector. This took 2 minutes. After that, I followed the instructions to train the module.
