Connect it to one of the front USB devices. Installed driver: G-Search SEKC SFSD-01, second result with Japanese language - official page of drivers (apparently the link is not allowed). The Chrome browser can translate it for you. This website contains English manual and driver. The driver is zipped with RAR so you will need 7-zip to unzip it. After installing the driver, I also replace it with another USB drive on the front panel. It worked flawlessly with Windows Hello. Unlocking is faster than my DELL XPS13 fingerprint reader.
