Add biometrics to your old PC

Instead of passwords, I can just scan my finger. You have to download some software from China before it works properly, but it's easy and after a quick update it works like a charm.

Simple and effective

It allowed you to secure your old desktop (or even laptop) by locking the computer and, even better, just unlocking it without having to remember another password have to ! Great price and works right out of the box.

Junk: computers and accessories

Doesn't work 80% of the time, you have to enter the unlock pin very often. It works like 1 try out of 5, very annoying, avoid at all costs!

He does what he has to!

Pro: As a result, it works and the drivers are installed. When it's started and Windows Hello is set up, it reads your finger that you set up. Cons: Takes up a USB slot and slides out a bit. Don't invest my money in stocks for me. Other thoughts: Why this isn't standard on all laptops and why I can buy a cheap Chinese brand laptop from Walmart with one built in is now apparently a mystery.

Win10 1909 does not recognize the device with the correct driver on the first try.

Connect it to one of the front USB devices. Installed driver: G-Search SEKC SFSD-01, second result with Japanese language - official page of drivers (apparently the link is not allowed). The Chrome browser can translate it for you. This website contains English manual and driver. The driver is zipped with RAR so you will need 7-zip to unzip it. After installing the driver, I also replace it with another USB drive on the front panel. It worked flawlessly with Windows Hello. Unlocking is faster…
