Not a bad product, but you can find better.

amazon says contact the seller and sent their contacts. The seller has an answering machine that they do not work until July.
Logitech at first said that they would send a new mouse from abroad, then balked that, they say, little time had passed - contact the seller. I wrote to them that enough time has passed and the seller is unavailable. I'm waiting for an answer.
In correspondence with Logitech, I put a link on their website on a mouse without SE. As a result, instead of the G502 SE Hero with a laser, I got the G502 Hero with an LED for 1000. cheaper. However, I am very grateful to Logitech for replacing-helping, just incredible.

Pros

The mouse is great. The additional buttons on the left main one take some getting used to. Brought on time, getting a second and next to the house, for free.
