I wanted to raise my laptop at home so the screen is roughly at eye level. At home I use it with a wireless keyboard and mouse. The stand is the right height and holds the laptop securely. The laptop lid closes easily and doesn't need to be moved. I like that it's made of natural materials like bamboo. It appears to be well built and securely holds the laptop securely. I'm thinking of buying another one to keep in my office when we get back to the office!
