I like how it helps to integrate your application with third party APIs (like Google Analytics). There are some options for customizing dashboards but they can be quite hard if you don't have any programming background. Also sometimes its not easy or possible to see all fields from an API call in one dashboard so we had multiple separate ones which was annoying at times - especially when integrating them into our web UI where everything looks nice & uniform! We were trying out different solutions before deciding what product/service would suit us best without having too much of code writing involved since this wasn’t something new under development.
