In my initial review (below) I was happy with the device. It is well designed and easy to use. Unfortunately after 4 months when I was producing about 12 gallons it stopped heating. I live in Panama so any warranty I may have is not valid. I found a support site for vevor. I have requested basic troubleshooting assistance and a link to order parts. . I received an email reply that the supplier has been out of stock for two days. 3 weeks later I'm still getting replies to a few emails. I like the design of this unit much more than the much more expensive unit I had to replace. I would recommend this product again if they could solve their quality control and customer service issues. But now I would say don't buy First Review I bought this to make distilled water for my CPAP as distilled water is very hard to find in Panama. Unpacking was easy for me. They must have improved the packaging based on some early reviews. However, the instruction just needs to show how to use it. I would add a few extra details. I found a manual for the Megahome MH943 that included instructions for assembling the handle and cleaning supplies. I still have some small parts that contain a resistor that I have no idea what it's for. The burner is suitable for my purposes.
