Very comfortable and looks high quality!
We bought a twin size for our 4 year old daughter. I would say the softness is between medium to soft and it's very comfortable. We opened it about 5 hours after it arrived and it expanded in about an hour. We still waited 48 hours to sleep on it but it wasn't necessary. It doesn't smell at all and you can feel several layers of the mattress when you touch the edges. It looks very high quality, especially since most mattresses in this price range are 3-layer. Time will tell if it will hold up, but first impressions I think it will.
