Package arrived as expected. The radio had a good fit and finish out of the box, but various issues only surfaced during installation. There were practically no installation instructions. This was problematic as some of the cables were mislabeled. I had several cables labeled "camera input". Good luck with it. There were also unmarked cables and plugs. Eventually, and with the help of a YouTube video, I got the connections where they should be and "Viola, it works!". Well, actually not that good. When installing the radio, a couple of warning lights came on on the dashboard. One of the warning lights was an anti-lock brake warning light and the other was a tire warning light. As long as the radio was installed, these signal lights stayed on. Whenever the control interface module (which came with the radio) was installed, the warning lights came on. When the module was lowered the lights worked as expected. The absence of the module resulted in the remote controls for the radio not working and the reversing camera not working. So I was forced to leave the radio half on. I emailed customer service and ran there when I needed a working radio. In the end I gave up, disappointed in Revane and the people who sold me the radio. The custom chips in the module were obviously defective. The problems didn't end there. FM radio sound quality is very poor. I'm not a music lover, but the distortion from the radio is audible and annoying. It's a shame I never dealt with this company. I wasted a lot of money and am currently looking for a used OEM radio. No more foreign waste without customer support.
