The heat sink is not new, there are scratches on the lower corners and the marking "46" pin (3-chip cooler) on the case, the rest from below. The square (end of lateral keel) fin was bent and cracked at the base. I gave 4 stars because this radiator was used. I'm using it on top of the cooler (in plain sight) for a two-stage pelter connection "fridge/freezer". The weight of the heatsink is 17.25 ounces (8 inches long), which is 1/3 heavier than the bottom heatsink. The cooler sits on top of the cooler so the bottom is not visible and the crack is only 1/5 inch and at the back.
