Works well, variable speed is ok, proper impact power, proper drilling performance, clutch works well when drill bit stalls while drilling. The only problem is SDS Plus bits/cartridge: I have an arsenal of SDS and SDS+ bits. My standard SDS+ bits fit VERY tight in the SDS+ chuck that comes with the drill. They are very difficult to insert and remove from the racquet. I noticed that the tolerance of the SDS+ bits included in the drill is a bit larger (sloppier) so the transition is VERY easy. Apart from this SDS+ sharing issue, everything works fine. Usage/time shows the quality.
