My hair has become dull (dull, flat, sad) after a few months of using this product. My stylist said it was due to shampoo/conditioner build up. She gave me a clarifying shampoo and my hair was instantly shiny and bouncy again - apparently those were the products that did the trick (I don't put any other products on my hair so I can't blame anything else).
