I was very worried about dirt and cat hair when using this. I was also concerned about changing the texture of the screen and being able to set it flat. I was able to follow the instructions and install it in a dusty room dust and cat hair free. I didn't exactly put it on at first, but I was able to pick it up and fasten it easily enough. I paired it with an Armex silicone tablet case for my 5 year old. This is a great combination. People don't even know that his tablet comes with a protective film. 2020 Update: We are now buying a third of these from 2016. My son has dropped his tablet many times and this screen protector has cracked once in 2017 and more recently. I'm very happy with the protection it continues to provide as the real iPad is still free from scratches and cracks.
