If you are a merchant, this does not apply to you. If you are an ordinary guy who likes to make and install things by himself, then this review is for you. I bought and installed it myself, I'm a little tech savvy so I found out the instructions and schematic for my machine via google. The problem is I kept seeing people talking about programming a key fob for a specific cable and such and couldn't figure out how to do it so I contacted support. At first they replied me with nonsense because they didn't read my email. The second time I emailed them they said contact the retailer, we do not provide instructions or hookup guides for the product they sell. Very disappointed that the company that sells the product offers support where they don't answer questions but forward your questions to the traders so that the traders can make their money. Very sad.
