Bright colors! on Nail Art & Polish
My swatches in the photo are about 3 layers. Varnishes have no odor. They dry easily and for the most part dry fairly smooth after a few coats. There is a bright glow at night or in the dark. But the paint is thick, very thick. Sometimes it's difficult to get a thin layer. Now I have blue on my toes and some thick coats on the end but it turned out so pretty! The finish is smooth, with a top coat that I already had. I used base without napkins and top.
