Extremely thin and durable. This card holder is suitable for 1-6 cards. At the bottom is a kind of ladder that staggers the cards and has 6 levels (for 6 cards). I could put a seventh card in, but it shares one of the tiers with another card and doesn't come out in a checkerboard pattern. Cards are held in place by rubber strips on the sides of the device. The slider below pushes the cards up, no spring-loaded nonsense or tricky mechanics. In my experience this works best when you fill it with all 6 cards because the cards stay put but works great with less than 6. Edit: I've had this thing for 8 months, now I use it daily. Holds up well. Dropped it many times and still works. Highly recommended.
