Highly recommended on monitor stands
Instead of a monitor, I used a Samsung TU8000 43" widescreen TV. It's as big as you want it to be and weighs only 17 pounds. The screws, the ones that came in the VESA mount box were too short I had to go for the longer ones and opt for the 30mm instead of the 20mm the product offers. I also bought lock washers and had to use extra long washers. With 25mm screws it could work. Assembly and installation was easy and felt very solid. It is mounted on a standard 1" table. Tilt and rotation are fixed very well.
