Strong & long enough to handle heavy meat needing to be stirred or turned in deep pot or bowl. It's always there for me & I take it where-ever I go in the kitchen, just like a best friend.

- While bamboo is a sustainable and environmentally friendly material, it is not as durable as some other wood types. Over time, the slotted spoon may crack, splinter, or break, especially if it is exposed to heat or moisture
