Review on Crowdcast by Jay Aukuso

I loved the fact that we were able to build a community around our company. I was so excited when I saw that we had the ability to have people from all over the world connect with our company and us. It was a bit confusing to try to figure out the process, but once we got the hang of it, we really enjoyed it. The fact that the chat allowed us to get away from our screen and talk to others. It was such an amazing experience for our team. There was nothing that I disliked about the site. I also enjoyed being able to set it up ahead of time and have my team ready to go. We were able to build a community and connect with people across the world. Easy setup of conference calls using our own cloud call service (Twilio). The customer support team was friendly and helpful. I would have liked if there were easier ways to add notes or files into sessions and share them in one place rather than having multiple tabs open at once. This allowed us to collect feedback from participants during real time without being distracted by external links/files etc as they navigate between different pages within each session.
