We received our box which looked like it had been dropped several times (it's not a UPS because it was in a different box). When I opened the box, all the bags were full of broken paint balloons. The bags were full of colors. I took them home because I didn't want to return them. put them all on towels and rolled them around trying to get the color off them. Let them dry, take out any broken ones, then put them back in the zip pockets. the next day the whole bottom of the bags was filled with paint again, i think they just sit and flow. These are the shittiest paintballs I've ever had.
