Review on 🎮 Optimized Xbox 360 Wireless Speed Wheel by James Cash

I just built an Eyefinity gaming system and wanted to try out different games and accessories. I got Dirt 3 with a graphics card so I started with that. I first bought an XBOX 360 Wireless Game Controller *FOR PC*. I had read that there were two different versions so I was pretty sure I would buy the one that said "FOR PC*". It came with a USB dongle to receive wireless signals. Want to try one for Dirt 3. Are you looking at the hydraulic steering systems? Pretty cool, but for THIS price I can buy TWO REAL cars. I also don't want to invest in steering wheel systems in the $250 range. It's still too high for now, maybe later. Also, I think with all the bar/pedal setup I'll spend too much time in an awkward position or have trouble getting the bar and pedals in the right place . I decided to try this. I read how it works with a PC but thought there would be a wireless dongle as well. It's not like this. Once I got it I had to take the batteries out of the other controller and then sync it with the dongle I got with the handheld controller. should have been "I want to send it back." However, as I played with it more, I started using it more. It actually seemed more responsive in other races, so I don't know if its accuracy varies between races, but that's how I felt. It's not great, but it's not that bad either. It seems to require a 90 percent turn to respond to in most cases, and on some races there seemed to be a lag in response. Other races in the same game seemed pretty accurate. I wish there was actually some sort of calibration built into the program to determine where the max left, max right, and center positions are so you can control how tight the steering was. I'm new here, maybe some have this feature? The PRO is more of a steering wheel than a controller. Reasonable price. Works with XBOX 360 Wireless Controller for PC. Calibration method for beginning and end of rudder rotation. It's not easy to turn off the controller and turn on the steering wheel and then back on. Too bad they didn't make a power switch and channel saving so I can switch more easily and not have to re-sync them. Although ok for the price. I might like it more if I use it more.
