I needed something to block out the sun but also to block out these LED spotlights people seem to have on their cars now. I drive a normal car but the higher sitting vehicles blind me even if I have my rear view flipped up. So I pull out the side flap and block my rear view which helps a ton.The one issue I do have with this is it blocks my vanity mirror. Instead of giving us some card slots and pen loops, a mirror would have been more functional. But that is not a deal breaker and can be dealt with; an aftermarket mirror can be glued or strapped to this item. This product is still worth having.When brand new, the sliders were a little tough to use. But they’ve become reasonable now that I’ve used it a few weeks at this point.
