I ordered an EduSoho laptop stand to read from my iPad, laptop and Kindle in bed. The adjustable, fold-out support bar locks into three different positions, and together with the adjustments you can make to your laptop screen, you can adjust the screen to the ideal and comfortable viewing position. I also wanted to use the table on the sofa in the living room, but quickly found it too wide for most sofas. This makes it ideal and roomy for bed use, but limited unless you have a very wide sofa. The only real downside to the device is the height adjustment, which is NOT "infinite". There are only two height positions that lock, one at 11.8 inches and the other at 19.7 inches. You cannot set their height anywhere between these two positions.
