Sending back and frustrated with this purchase. I suspect it was a used machine. I turned it on for the initial 10 minute test run as directed and iit started in mid cycle, trying to kneed. I got it back to bake and it started pouring out smoke. The person providing tech support.through fb messenger, said it's never happened and had to check with QC. The next day said it was common and for me to clean storage chemicals off if the heating element. Yeah, no! It's going back and I'm frustrated that I have to take my time and energy to take it to UPS.I just recieved a brand new breadmaker free of charge. The company emailed me last week asking me to give them another chance. I am impressed with this kind of customer service. It speaks volumes that they read reviews and try to rectify problems. I tried the 10 minute test and it's just fine.
