Easy installation. The hardest part was removing the old muffler, but I didn't have too much trouble with that. Aids in penetrating oil onto pinch bolts and rubber mounts. As others have said, the two exhaust pipe clamps don't tighten enough, but instead of buying different ones, I took them apart and sanded the aluminum gasket with a bench grinder to make it thinner. This allowed the clamps to be tightened sufficiently. The pipe fits perfectly, there are no problems with the exhaust pipes and it sounds really good. With the catalysts and resonators still installed, it's not very loud, but loud enough.
