I don't usually write reviews but wanted to take a moment to clarify some of the other reviews that I read before purchasing this item. I read a few reviews from people saying the instructions were unclear and they had trouble putting them together. I think the product comes with 30 pieces. I'm sure this may seem like a staggering number to some people. but if you take a second and just look at the picture and what you have, it really isn't that hard to understand. I'm by no means a mechanical person and I assembled this thing in less than 20 minutes. This is an amazing product that is very durable and my cockatiel loves it. I have to put a paper towel on a metal tray, but that's only because my bird only wants to play with it when it sees its reflection. This product hasn't received much credit for how good it is. Hopefully this helps someone decide whether or not to buy it. I highly recommend it for budgies, cockatiels, kennels, lovebirds, caiques and other birds of this size. Even Indian ringnecks would enjoy it.
