I like that there are 5 separate boxes containing the total number of patches because I can get a small box at a time instead of a large one . I also like that there are multiple designs in each box and we don't get stuck with one or two of the same design over and over again. These also stick very well. However, they are all the same size, so if you were hoping for a size difference, you won't get it with them. So far we are very satisfied with this product.
