Revainrating 5 out of 5

Beautiful, comfortable, luxurious dark green designer in-ear headphones with great sound, finally!

From the feel of a leather case to the comfort of the earbuds, I love these earbuds. They sit comfortably in my ears like emerald gems, even for extended periods, and switch from noise-cancelling to transparent mode with a single touch of the left earcup. The call quality is clear and the music sounds fantastic and I can stay on the line with my husband for hours with no problems with the call audio. He remarked that they seem to block out the noise in my background because if I regret the noisy environment, he doesn't understand what I'm talking about. This is a huge bonus as I run two businesses and often take my kids out or call and take calls in the midst of background noise. Also, the noise canceling feature is fantastic when I need to focus, think, strategize, or solve a problem. For that reason, I sometimes leave them as earbuds, and when I toggle to change availability to let my front desk staff know I'm available for calls, I seamlessly transition to receiving and making hands-free calls. I understand that bass/bass isn't "same" as my Bose Soundsport or "same" as Sony in my husband's high-end headphones, but the "difference" honestly doesn't bother me one bit. If I want to use my Bose Soundsport I will. If I had wanted a Sony I would have bought it, but I wanted it for the design and performance. My husband also just bought the latest Bowers and Wilkins wireless in-ear headphones and I can definitely try them out and compare and contrast as they clearly have a built in bass range judging by the headphone size alone, just like them Sony headphones. but then again, if you want Sony or Bose, buy them. They won't be these little gems. Not to mention a little low end that's not quite there like other earphones, I enjoy the aesthetics and the features and the more than reasonable sound quality at a price that's too much to part with or feel . I am missing something. Be sure to download the B&O app and customize the sound and settings! I also have a 3rd gen Beo Play speaker in the same beautiful dark green color and the app controls both which is very handy. The Beo Play 3 speaker has enough bass, which is what I wanted. I don't want enough bass in my headphones to cause a headache. (That's just my two cents, I've been married to an audiophile for 25 years and have learned what makes a good sound and what doesn't. I love my B&O buds!) If I haven't mentioned the stunning dark green enough, don't I have some time to say: they are amazing in color and design and look every bit as high quality as they really are. I want a second pair of headphones with my other phone and will be buying B&O again! Since the green I bought has gone up to $500 a pair due to supply and demand, I'll probably go for gray or black this time. I appreciate my beautiful greens even more. Such a cool look, such a great aesthetic to wear and enjoy along with functionality and sound. Bravo B&O! One more note: I had to call support late at night to set it up to fit my busy life and CEO's schedule. A great representative responded immediately and walked me through the facility and was amazingly patient as my own management team assisted with professionalism and helpfulness. My phone cut us off and I called back and got the same representative. I felt the quality of service matched the price and my expectations. Overall 5 stars and rightly so.
