I love that you can customize it for each product so they are unique as well as easy to navigate through since everything is laid out nicely with categories and subcategories making finding exactly what one needs super quick. It's not always updated when adding new items which makes me think their support team isn't very good at keeping up with all changes or updating things quickly enough after an update has been made by customers. The fact that sometimes there will be outdated information displayed even though its just recently added. So if someone was looking specifically for something but didn't find it right away then we would have problems unless this gets fixed because people won't know where else to look. We needed a way to keep track of our inventory easily without having to go into multiple different apps/websites such as ebay etc..
