The ability to see all data in one place is great for tracking multiple data sources. Creating custom queries is simple once you understand how to use it. It's a bit confusing at first but after some time with learning the product, it becomes easier. I wish there was a way to have different user profiles set up so if someone left the company, they could still access their profile without having to re-enter everything. We are using this tool to track our business finances and have found that it has made it much easier to find things that may need adjusting.
