The ability to create custom reports with multiple types of filters is great for our needs! Also being able to use different data sources without having to change anything about how it's set up in BIMS was nice too. The ability to see all data in one place is great for tracking multiple data sources. Creating custom queries is simple once you understand how to use it. It's a bit confusing at first but after some time with learning the product, it becomes easier.
