The ability to create custom reports with multiple types of filters is great for our needs! Also being able to use different data sources without having to change anything about how it's set up in BIMS was nice too.

It can be difficult if you're new at creating your own queries so I recommend getting some training or hiring someone who has experience doing this type of thing before using them as they may not have all that much knowledge themselves. We are solving problems related to finding ways to improve patient care by analyzing their medical records from various providers which we then present back to those providers.
