As my tests showed, this pre-workout left me feeling jittery and anxious with minimal energy boost. The mixability was poor, leaving clumps and grit in my drink. The only good thing about this product was the price. The questionable ingredients and negative side effects are not worth the savings. Health and Household should not have this product in their lineup.
