I ordered these and I really like them. When they ran out I ordered more. This new order did not include Solo brand caps. The lids were open and the tops came off as soon as you went to pick one up. I wrote to the company and explained. I asked for the correct lids. They said send a photo. I did it and never heard a word again. I believe the following is happening: 1. These are not SOLO tops as is clearly shown, and 2. These tops are a very tight fit. If they get hot, they will likely melt a bit so they don't pick up the cup properly. Buy from these people at your own risk.
