UPDATE: It started blocking numbers by itself. I had to factory reset it because the old model doesn't allow removing blacklisted numbers. I had to go to YouTube to find out how to factory reset it. They have an "erase" video but it only removes the number from the screen, it doesn't remove blocked numbers. It works, but it has a mind of its own that is NOT appreciated. Instead of buying a new device for $46, I'll just buy a phone that actually has more number blocking options. I bought this for my parents as they get scam call after scam call everyday. Unfortunately, it's not that easy to use for the tech-challenged. My parents pressed the red button but the numbers weren't blocked. You need to turn off your phone, scroll back to find the number you just called, and then press the red button. Easy enough for me, but not yet for her. Otherwise this is a good product. If I get the option to block numbers, they stay blocked.
