At first I liked what it could do as it was good at blocking unwanted numbers. But unfortunately it no longer fulfills its function. And of course, conveniently for the seller, the returns window closed just before they left. Also, there is no way to unblock a number if you choose to. Save yourself the headache and some money if you want to reduce the number of automated calls you receive. It's a piece of junk.

Very easy to install and use. A handy lock button on the device, but it can also be activated from mobile phones. I've noticed fewer robocalls since I started using it, and hopefully there will be even fewer calls as callers are blocked. UPDATE: Blocker has started blocking calls itself. Several family members have told me that when they call, they can't get through. We checked the blocker log and indeed their numbers were blocked.

UPDATE: It started blocking numbers by itself. I had to factory reset it because the old model doesn't allow removing blacklisted numbers. I had to go to YouTube to find out how to factory reset it. They have an "erase" video but it only removes the number from the screen, it doesn't remove blocked numbers. It works, but it has a mind of its own that is NOT appreciated.
