Review on Stoa Health 3rd Gen Back Stretcher: Steel-Reinforced, Adjustable Arch for Sciatica & Lower Back Pain Relief, Lumbar Stretcher with Storage & Gift Box by Ryan Nguyen

I first tried another brand, Magic Back Support, but I didn't like that it only had 3 heights and was difficult to adjust. The Stoa health stretcher because it was a bit more expensive than some of the 3 back stretchers but I figured you can't price back health. Wow, it was important! It's very well built and doesn't flex under my weight (I really like the steel reinforced regulator) and I love the packaging. The best thing is that it helped me relieve my back pain every morning!
