Extremely hard bristles pose a hazard to some surfaces

I wanted to love this product too - natural sources. For some purposes (heavy work) they are suitable. The long-handled brush is suitable for containers with a rounded edge between the side walls and the bottom. Not so good for straighter ones; I should be able to get inside to clear that section. The scrubber is so stiff that I wouldn't want to use it on my stainless steel (scratchy), never on my cast iron, and if I used a non-stick coating the bristles would ruin it. In addition, the bristles are attached to the edge, so the width of the wooden handle prevents the bristles from touching the edge of the pot. The vegetable brush destroys the surface of the peeled vegetables. However, it works well for intensive cleaning of non-fragile surfaces - I use it in my pots (softer bristles than a real cleaning brush). Nut milk bags are great. No complaints! Purchased in the US in March 2020; all products made in China
