Works well but not completely black

Works well, solved many Issues with various doors not being pushed against the wall with a regular doorstop. The magnetic closure is also very good. The only issues are the silver colored base plates and the foam adhesive that gives a white ring around the base. Very noticeable against the background of the black door. But a can of black spray paint solved that problem. My only concern is how well they will look on the outside. They look nicely plated and painted, but only winter will tell if they hold up in the rain.
