Simple to use platform, responsive team and excellent customer support
I love that it is very easy for reps/customers alike - especially those who are not tech-savvy or have no experience with software like this one! It's also great because you can get instant feedback when replying back as well which helps improve our service overall!! Nothing really at all so far but we're still in beta testing phase of new features coming out soon :) Great product though just keep up w them guys they do listen & respond promptly if there was anything wrong (which isn't often) They've been working hard behind closed doors making sure everything runs smoothly once implemented into production system too :).
Pros
- Efficiency..efficiently efficient!!! The tool works fast, reliable..like most modern tools these days.easy to navigate.
- Easy accessibility via mobile app makes reporting data much easier than before without having issues from any other platforms such s emailing / spreadsheet etc.not many companies offer same functionality through their platform either btw ;)
