I love that it is very easy for reps/customers alike - especially those who are not tech-savvy or have no experience with software like this one! It's also great because you can get instant feedback when replying back as well which helps improve our service overall!! Nothing really at all so far but we're still in beta testing phase of new features coming out soon :) Great product though just keep up w them guys they do listen & respond promptly if there was anything wrong (which isn't often)…

  • Easy accessibility via mobile app makes reporting data much easier than before without having issues from any other platforms such s emailing / spreadsheet etc.not many companies offer same functionality through their platform either btw ;)

Visual Dashboard Tool For Giving And Getting Feedback

The visual aspect of the dashboard. I like how I can see the whole picture of my account at once. The ability to customize the dashboard is something that I like. The ability to add a new page is really useful. The dashboard allows me to see everything at once. I can see my overall performance, as well as my performance in the individual modules. Love using Shift Insurance to keep track / log work hours

I like that it helps me stay organized with all of my different accounts in one place! It's very easy for customers or employees who are new at their job (or even veterans) since there is not much information needed when you first sign up as an agent/rep - just enter contact info & click "go". The only thing i dislike about this program would be if they could make more features available so we can use them during our shifts instead having us go into another app which isn't always possible…
