The tape fell off - Building Materials
I would have put it higher but took it out of the box to remove the plastic to make sure it would fit the windowsill of our 103 year old house and the velcro. what holds it together fell off. I hope I put it back together correctly. The instructions say it is for single use only. We are debating whether or not to return it for a replacement now. Otherwise it looks like a decent product.
