This is a well made product at a great price. Unlike other similar products, this ladder allows the user to practice and easily repack in an emergency. Under stress, it is very easy to use. I am satisfied and recommend it to everyone.

We love this ladder and really let kids use it before an emergency hits. As a foster parent it is important to me that the children can practice because I don't really know the children and how they react to stress.

Excellent quality. It looks very reliable, strong and safe, but a bit chunky, big and heavy. may not be as easy to deploy in a one-off emergency as something less robust and reliable but lighter that can be FASTER and easier to deploy in an emergency you hope you never experience

This is designed to easily fix a bad situation. It appears to be very durable but says it can only be used once so cannot test performance. Made compact and still child-friendly. You can design it so that there are no loops, so even a simpler or more timid child can easily use it.

I would have put it higher but took it out of the box to remove the plastic to make sure it would fit the windowsill of our 103 year old house and the velcro. what holds it together fell off. I hope I put it back together correctly. The instructions say it is for single use only. We are debating whether or not to return it for a replacement now. Otherwise it looks like a decent product.
