🌿 Fresh Mint ACT Total Care Mouthwash (18oz): Complete Oral Rinse Solution Review

My dentist advised me to do this because I was using non-sodium lauryl sulfate toothpaste due to low saliva production. I was honestly reluctant, the color is repulsive. However, it is refreshing and I have ordered more. I have no idea what the "thickness" rating is.

Yummy. I subscribe. Love it. But now my guardian says it's not good to take fluoride every day. So I don't use this mouthwash every day. The reason I bought it is because my dental hygienist told me to use fluoride daily after bariatric surgery.

My dentist always tells me that rinsing with fluoride rinse (I have recontaminated gums) is even more important than brushing my teeth. Every time I buy ACT I think how much money I've saved on dental work!

I've been using ACT mouthwash for a while on the recommendation of my dentist. I find it helps a lot with sensitive teeth and also makes them strong and healthy.

ACT appears to be the only mouthwash that can actually alter/harden tooth enamel despite claims from other brands. I'm not a dentist so can't confirm this, but I've read this fact enough times and intend to stick with the brand.

Finally, I checked out reviews - some mentioned "gentle", "not spicy" - and they were right! It's mint so it feels "fresh" in the mouth but no burning or spiciness! Thanks ACT

It's not as good as Listerine. I thought I'd give it a try since it was so well rated by dentists, but I ordered my Listerine when it was only half gone because it didn't clean my mouth as much as I would like. Won't buy this again!

This product seems to be working great. My hygienist says you can't use mouthwash with alcohol, so I switched to a better product. I'm happy with it, just remember to rinse your mouth out for a full minute and not eat or drink for 30 minutes after use for the product to be effective. Using it with Sensodyne toothpaste has really helped my pain and sensitivity.

It's fluoride for your teeth, what can I say. I've been using this brand for ages. Not a scope fan. Too hard. It's easier for me and it fights tooth decay. It tastes okay. When I drink an awful lot of sugary drinks a day, this stuff seals up and relieves my toothache, if you know what I mean. Luckily that doesn't happen often.
