Living in Texas with friends who have rural lands and problems with feral pigs, we end up with quite a bit of feral meat. This is IMHO not the best meat, but it is a good basis for various sausages. I use this to shred pork and mix my spices, it's also great for stuffing sausage casings for sausages like bratwurst etc. Use a Kitchenaid blender for more than one function, which saves a lot of space. It's MUCH less work than a hand grinder and MUCH less space than a dedicated electric grinder. Cleaning is easy, operation is simple, adjustment is reasonable.
