DSL Filters - Working Good
The first step in testing for interference on phone/digital lines was to replace the DSL filters. This filter has been replaced with a very old filter. Simple plug and play installation, one line is for PHONE and the other is for DSL, which is clearly indicated by the embossing on the plastic. FYI, the problem wasn't with the DSL filters, it was with the crossing phone lines. Now everything is in order. Happy with the new filters. Works great so far.
